At OC DECKS, we’re proud of the work we do and the team behind it. While we don’t always
have formal job postings, we are continuously hiring on a casual and as-needed basis,
especially for seasonal, short-term, and entry-level positions.
We often bring on students, apprentices, and individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in
carpentry and outdoor construction. If you’re looking to learn, stay active, and be part of a

in the trade while supporting those looking to get started.
Our team includes Red Seal journeypersons, a designated trainer, and apprentices working
toward certification. Whether you’re with us for a season or longer, you’ll gain real, hands-on
experience and exposure to proper building practices.
