These Crestview homeowners were ready to refresh the front of their home and create a more welcoming first impression. After updating the exterior with a fresh coat of paint, the existing cracked concrete steps no longer matched the look they were going for.

When to Book a Deck Build Consult?

The idea has been in your head, you want to maximize the enjoyment of your outdoor living space this upcoming summer season but you’re wondering when is the right time to call someone . Well, if you’ve been considering a new deck build or a re-vamp of your outdoor living space, now is the time to set the plan in motion. With spring just around the corner, deck builders are beginning to fill their calendars with projects. Starting the process early can add extra weeks and sometimes months to enjoying your deck and an opportunity at getting your project scheduled in early so that your deck can be enjoyed longer into the season.

The process involves many moving parts which all take time:
A consult, quoting time, retainers to solidify your date in the calendar, permit pulling (which we all know can take some time with the City of Winnipeg), ordering material, scheduling screw piling and of course the biggest component weather.

Little Brown Jug Patio Revamp

Home of Little Brown Jug Brewery before it is 2022 Patio revamp.

Osborne Construction called upon to build brand new maintenance free PVC Wolf deck for Little Brown Jug’s patio oasis update. A MUST visit patio/brewery combo if you’re in the downtown area.

This project was exciting venture to be apart of along side SMLXL Contracting and the talented Design Shop Winnipeg. Once a downtown parking lot, this simple patio space became a beautiful hidden oasis with the help of these talented designers and a vision from the owner.

Over the course of a month our crew constructed a multi-level patio featuring Wolf Serenity decking to create a long lasting, maintenance-free option for the Little Brown Jug patio space.

WOLF Decking & General Maintenance

You’ve made the investment, your deck is complete, you now have a beautiful durable WOLF Serenity deck that friends are talking about and is now contributing to the over all enjoyment and quality of your outdoor living space. On top of that, you’ve made the investment of hiring a Wolf PRO, which gains you an additional 5 years on your 25 year stain & fade warranty for the cost of any additional labor.

With that being said, like all things in life, there is always a small responsibility of general maintenance that the consumer assumes to keep their deck looking young.

In short, ROUTINE CLEANING β€’ At least twice per year is highly suggested.

Upon completion of your new WOLF Decking project, Osborne Construction will also provide you with the Care & Maintenance info sheet as a reminder of the general maintenance required. All customers will also be encouraged to to their WOLF Decking project to be registered in order to receive the extended warranty application for any warranty issues in the future.
